A research based program designed to optimize brain health, improve mood, and lead to more healthy living lead by

Pamela Lockwood, MD, Sheila Cohen, PhD and Michael Wizer, PsyD

Groups for adults, parents, and adolescents being held at:
BridgePointe’s Conference Room at the Blue Ash location

Research shows the importance of the mind/body connection. Our overall health effects mood, anxiety, concentration, and total brain health. We
know that ADHD, sleep, and depression can be treated with nutrition, exercise and mindfulness. These approaches can also maintain brain health and likely
prevent cognitive decline in the future. We invite BridgePointe Staff along with adults, parents, and adolescents to join us and learn about the best ways to get your body healthy and keep it healthy for the long term.

Join us at one of our FREE
Introductory groups:

July 15 10am – 12pm
July 20 6:30pm – 8:30pm
August 1 6:30pm – 8:30pm
August 12 10am – 12pm
